Thanks to the generosity of 79 individuals, and the match funding from the Aviva Community Fund, we raised £9,542 to support refugees and people seeking asylum in the North East. For a small charity like WERS, this kind of support really matters.

It allows us to continue the steady, practical work we do every day — helping people understand the systems around them, manage everyday finances and rebuild their lives with confidence.
