LGBTQIA+ Training

We had a fantastic employability session with Ingeus last week, focusing on the Equality Act and the LGBTQIA+ community.

20 participants learnt about workplace discrimination, our legal protections, and the responsibilities employers have to create inclusive and respectful workplaces. We also learned about LGBTQIA+ terminology and pronouns and why this is so important in a UK workplace. Many thanks to Tyneside Cinema for hosting us too!
